What is a RocketOne bootcamp?
An onsite, instructor-led program taught by active SquareShift engineers. You work in a small cohort of up to 25 people, build real projects, and leave with deployable artifacts — not just a certificate.
How is this different from online courses?
Online courses give you videos and quizzes. A bootcamp gives you an engineer reviewing your work, 25 peers to problem-solve with, and something deployed at the end. The accountability, pace, and environment are fundamentally different.
Do I need coding experience?
Many programs require zero coding. The AI-Ready Software Engineer starts from absolute zero — Python, git, cloud, all of it. HR, PM, Sales, and Marketing bootcamps are designed for non-technical professionals. Each program page shows the required level clearly.
How many seats per cohort?
A maximum of 25 students per cohort. This is a hard limit, not a sales pitch. Small cohorts mean real code reviews, real feedback, and instructors who know your name by session two.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. A RocketOne Academy completion certificate is issued on finishing. The more valuable credential is your portfolio artifact — a deployed product, a working workflow, or a production pipeline. That is what gets you hired.
